We are a local family-owned restaurant over in the wonderful McKees Rocks neighborhood, here to serve you good home cooking and soul food from Chef Asia. Having graduated from Pittsburgh Job Corps in culinary arts, she is just living out her dream—thank you for your support!

Meet Asia Harrison

The proud owner of A&E Eat’z

Born and raised on the West Side of Pittsburgh, Asia’s passion for cooking began at just 7 years old when she fried her very first batch of chicken wings. Growing up, she spent countless hours watching her grandmother Darzetta, mother Keely, and Aunt Tootie prepare home-cooked meals filled with love. After earning her Culinary Arts certification and taking a leap of faith selling food from her apartment, her sheer determination led her to secure her dream storefront in 2023.

Today, A&E Eat’z has become one of the most talked-about food spots in Pittsburgh. Despite the incredible success, Asia remains a humble, grateful mother of three who turned passion, hard work, and faith into a beautiful reality.

What the Owner Wants You to Know: The name A&E Eat’z carries a deeply personal meaning. The “A” stands for her brother Anthony, who was tragically lost to gun violence, and the “E” honors another brother she lost to SIDS. Through A&E Eat’z, Asia ensures their memories will live on forever.
